Website Design Fees, Pricing, And Services
As of April 1, 2008 the basic Website cost is *$299. It includes everything that you need to get your business going on the Internet. That's it! There are no hidden or other charges for me to create a Website for you. It includes all the features on the list below. However, for the price of doing business on-line, you must pay for use of a Domain name and Web-hosting service which is an outside charge, and not included in my fees for the basic Website design services. These prices and fees are quoted in $USD, (United States Dollars.) I require a 50% deposit ($149) to start the work. The balance of $150 is due when the work is completed or in 45 days, whichever comes first.
Basic Website Design For $299 Includes
Creating three to a maximum of seven WebPages. They are usually called the about me page, a bio information page, how you work, products or services you offer page, and how much you charge, a links page, an article page, a FAQ's page, a my favorite page, or another interesting page you have in mind. Additional pages, over the limit costs $30 each
Placement of written content on the WebPages. You supply the content
Placement of your photo, plus three or four additional images
Placement of your logo. If you don't have one ask me about creating one for you
Placement of up to six additional images/clip art that are related to your page content
A hook-up to PayPal. Click here for more information on PayPal
Installation of a home page counter
A guestbook hook-up
Email and contact links throughout the WebPages
A selection/list of keywords, titles, and descriptions placed throughout the WebPages, (aka "meta" tags)
A one-time listing with 300 search engines
Guidance on getting your Domain name and Web-hosting account. Don't forget, there is an outside charge for a Domain name and Web-hosting; and it is not included in the basic Website offer. Click here for details on hosting

Chatting about your project or plan for an Internet presence, or just plain chitchat about Internet/Website business.
A form, click here to see a sample form. A form lets people ask you questions or order a product or service. Hook-up and testing a form can be added to your Website for an additional $25.
Blog hook-up. Installation, testing, and instruction on how to use the blog is available for an additional $60.
Reworking an existing logo or graphic to make it presentable and functional for the Web. Or I can compose a new one. Price varies from $45 to $100. Email queries.
Flash presentation. This is plain text, like the one below, starts at $35.
Flash presentations with photos or images, start at $60 for a three picture display, like this one:
if you change your mind about page design, color, layout, or content, after the page is finished, it will cost you additional money.
Billing is done in three-hour increments. My services are at no risk to you because they have a satisfaction guarantee. However, any changes made must be based on the original information that you gave me. Minor revisions can be made at any time. Changes not based on the original content, or major revisions to a section, will incur the usual $35 per hour fee. In other words,
Consulting
Read/review and respond to an existing WebPage or Website. I will make recommendations for changes in content, to improve artistic value and search engine placement. You may want to increase clarity and businesslike appearance. The fee for this review is $25 to $40, depending on the length of the Website.
Review marketing and promotional aspects of your existing Website and make recommendations for improvement. This service costs $25 to $40, depending on the length and complexity of your Website.
