My name is Jean-Philippe St-Jacques and as CEO of 5mindset Consulting, my goal is to coach leaders and managers to help them build strong foundations for their businesses. My specialty lies in defining and launching initiatives that allow businesses to achieve their stated goals. As someone who worked my way to the top, I take pride in bringing a value-added experience that includes a deep understanding of organizations from the ground up.
My coaching program always starts with the client developing a framework by clarifying personal and professional principles and building a long-term vision. I then combine this knowledge with the client’s natural abilities and acquired skills to develop a purpose or mission statement that they can use to guide their decision-making. My clients hire me because of my extensive business experience, which I use to empower, inform, and encourage future and current executive leaders to achieve greater professional and personal success. I align leaders with the organization’s vision and future, assist them in executing critical plans, help them identify approaches to drive projects forward, and assist them in developing skills to change the culture.

As such, this is an area where we offer specific coaching to help sales leaders and their teams to meet aggressive sales goals no matter how out of reach they may seem. Mentoring – We always start our mentorship work by working with the client to develop a framework that helps to articulate professional principles as well as the long-term vision that the leader is working toward.
