Ankita is an MSc in Business Psychology with Coaching. She also specializes in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling and Career and Mindset coaching. Releasing Anxiety, handling Grief, Stress Management, are some of her top skills. She is BPS registered for Personality Testing Level A and B. She adopts a collaborative approach to both therapy and coaching. Ankita has worked in Emirates Airlines in the crisis management team for 3 years and helped fellow colleagues deal with stressful situations both in work and personal life. Coming from the land of cultures Ankita speaks both English and Hindi Fluently. Ankita believes people are not broken they just need someone to understand them. She wants to be that someone for society. She wants to help remove the stigma and make mental health the topmost priority.
