Chris Aguilar

Combining multiple methodologies, I strive to offer individuals a self reflective process whereby you can discover your own unique value to this world and be free to offer it. I am hold a Certified Professional Life Coach designation from the Life Coach Institue of Orange County as well as am a certified No More Mr. Nice Guy Coach. In addition, I have been through the Conscious Leadership Group's Intensive Coaching workshop- which was intensive study of their coaching model. 

Taking all of these and an understanding of attachement theories and models I work with indvidual clients on finding their trouble spots, figuring out those triggers and working to move past them into freedom. I believe in an indidivualized, holistic approach as each individual is unique and should be treated that way. I offer some courses, but love doing one on one coaching. 

I work mostly with men but am open to all genders and orientations. 

I have been very fortunate to work in the business world at the executive level and love working with business owners to become leaders. In my spare time, I am an avid prone paddler, runner, photographer and film maker.
