Phillip Cave

Phillip Cave is someone who loves living into the question, “what is mine to do and who am I called to be?”. His current title on LinkedIn is “Being Human Coach” which speaks to his passion for the “being of human” over “doing of human”. Phillip has 30 years of experience in business technology with roles from software engineer, startup co-creator, VP, consultant and coach. He has co-architected product and led two software startups as well as consulted in the Agile world since 2006. He currently lives his calling as a life and leadership coach with everyday humans that happen to have roles called “startup founder”, “global president”, “human” and “agile coach”. Phillip keeps his “toe in the Agile pond” by co-leading the IC-Agile Expert in Enterprise Coaching program where he leads Enterprise level Agile Coaches on a journey into being “self as coach” and teaches pragmatic application of coaching tools in service to enterprise transformations.
