I am passionate about supporting healthcare executives with respect to their needs relating to career advice. I am practicing corporate coaching and am certified with the Worldwide Association of Business Coach Organization. Currently I am also gaining credentials for ICF certification (ICF Associate Certified Coach). My focuses are primarily with executives and corporate talents. My corporate background offers over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device commercialisation industry in the Asia Pacific region. My coaching style comes with an emphasis on growth mindset and focuses in on bringing clients clarity with respect to the wide range of issues they present to me. From that capacity I then gain a clear sense of direction for their next steps moving forward.
