Credentialed and experienced Executive / Leadership / Career Coach. Former Assistant Deputy Minister with significant experience of working in various facets of government administration and policy. Skilled in the areas of human resources, financial and change management, leadership (mentoring, professional coaching), public administration, business strategy and planning, board governance, and economic development.  Over 18 years of experience as an executive in various disciplines within the federal government.

After over 30 years experience in both the private and public sectors, mostly in senior leadership positions, I have decided to pursue my passion for helping leaders and others find a path that is right for them in the moment, discovering the next steps in their unique journey. After several years of honing my coaching training, I have recently been certified as Integral Master Coach through Integral Coaching Canada, and am also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.   

There are a lot of coaches out there.  It's important to look for one that you have a connection with, that you can trust and that has something to offer you that suits your needs.  That’s why it's important to engage in a coaching fit conversation early on to see how these things line up. 

I didn't start out loving all of the challenges of leadership, but grew to love it over time with patience in myself and practice.  Self-awareness of how you show up as a leader is essential in order to be of better service to others and ultimately get better results, and obtaining coaching services for myself early on was an essential part of this development.
