After 26 years of leading teams in Sales and Training, I plunged into preparing myself as a International certified Life Coach. I have mostly worked wth age group 22 yrs to 40years individuals and corporate employees. 

Besides being a Coach, I am also a Licensed Regression Therapist and work in the area of trauma release and inner child work.

I support my clients to overcome barriers which stop them from becoming the best version of themselves. The whole process is very transformative.
