Mirjana Gomilanovic

Mirjana is a professional certified coach in the field of leadership development and organizational growth, the author of a book "Lighthouse in me" and Executive Director of the Agency "One2grow-Leadership Coaching".

Mirjana believes that we are all born to be happy. Therefore, her work can be characterized as maximizing the power and knowledge of individuals, in order to grow organizations and society in general. Her specialty is development of leadership competencies, building work life integration as wellas change management, the definition of company mission, vision and values ​​and by that creating a corporate culture.

In recent years, Mirjana conducts projects designed for management and employees of large international companies, based on individual and team coaching. 

Since 2014. she is mentor in the "Share your knowledge - become a Mentor", organized by the Embassy of USA, Erste Bank, the OSCE and the European Movement in Serbia, as well as mentor in MENPROSAM program conducted by Serbian Association of Managers (SAM).

In her work she uses personal experience, which was acquired by working for more than ten years in positions of director of sales and marketing in domestic and international companies (IBM, Siemens, Telekom Serbia, Orion Telecom). 

Professionalism and commitment led her to the accreditations of veriaty of worldwide consulting companies: Professional Certified Coach by International Coach Federation (PCC ICF), ICF Registered Mentor Coach, PwC Business Coaching Diploma Coach, MHS Emotional Inteligence Assessor, Erickson Coach, PCM Coach, Persona Global consultant; SDI consultant; Points of You Trainer and Coach; Oxford Leadership Academy fellow, NLP BP and many others.

Within the coaching and training practice she collaborates with numerous national and international companies, such as: UNICEF, Ferring pharmaceuticals, Getinge gorup, Hemofarm (STADA), Banca Intesa, Erste Bank, NLB Bank, BMW, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Generali Group, VIP mobile, LEONI, Delta Holding, NIS, Telekom Srbija, Heineken, Carlsberg and many other.

By formal education Mirjana is Master of Electrical Engineering. 

She is happily married and the mother of three children.
