As a leadership coach, I thrive on helping mid-level and first-time managers learn, grow, and transform into ambitious business leaders that are more conscious of balanced working routines. With more than 10 years of experience in the e-Commerce industry, spanning Europe & Asia, I have successfully managed different teams, in customer experience management, product & project management, and QA management areas, for companies like Central Group, Pomelo Fashion, and e-Wings.com. This is the basis of my professional priority: to make a genuine impact on my clients’ abilities to practically streamline their management skills. To help managers achieve positive transformation, I consider it a matter of great importance to thoroughly listen to their needs, so I can expertly guide them to implement creative problem-solving initiatives & sustainable solutions for their organizations.

My methodology is, quite simply, good communication. It allows people to connect & open up with each other in a relaxed, connection-focused way. This is how I effectively help guide managers of different cultural backgrounds to learn about themselves, so they are able to have clarity in strategic planning, critical thinking, making decisions, proactive communication, and management skills. This has allowed me to improve their credibility, overall leadership abilities and earn the continued trust of their peers.

My education includes a Bachelor of Marketing degree in 2001 from the University of Lisbon, Portugal, and a Master of Marketing degree in business & management in 2002 from the University of Lisbon, Portugal.
