Currently pursuing Co-Active Professional Coach Training (from CTI) and ACC (from ICF), I work with individuals and leaders who are introverts, or are facing work or critical health challenges. As a Coach, I steer you to become more self-aware, raise your self-belief and help develop deep consciousnesses for making conscious changes and conscientious efforts in achieving personal and professional success. 

I have been associated with the Luxury Jewelry & Retal industry for the past two decades, and have worked with global organizations, regional enterprises as well as startups. I have held various leadership and intrapreneurial roles in the field of Education, Learning & Development, Luxury Sales and Business Consultancy, worked with people across all levels, and with teams (directly & virtually) based in India, the USA, UK, South Africa and SEA.

I am extremely people-centric and believe in the tremendous untapped potential and hidden abilities of every individual. With this as focus, I provide a safe space to my clients to be uninhibited and co-actively work with them to help gain clarity on what really matters to them, to clarify their goals (and dreams) and to set clear action steps for achieving them.
