Roula Saba Mouhanna

Roula is the founder of CoreChange a practice focused on improving the performance of individuals to achieve their full potential and developing organizations’ Human Capital.

Across the Middle East, Roula is called upon to help executives reflect, refocus, and recharge in current roles or determine a new course aligned with their passion and inner motives.

Roula uses a variety of methods to support her clients. She is a PCC Credentialed Coach who trained with Coach U, trained in the John Mattone IL Executive Coaching Process, a Certified Coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Senior Consultant in the Birkman Method^®, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Trainer, a Time Line Therapy^™ Master Practitioner and Trainer, a Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitator, a Small Business and Corporate Coach as well as a one-on-one Career Coach and NLP Coach. Roula offers corporate coaching programs, training clinics, and individual coaching for managers to become better leaders.

Roula gained extensive experience coaching and training at corporate and executive levels for clients in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Yemen, Qatar, Kenya, UAE and Morocco

Roula’s coaching experience is broad and covers executive coaching and leadership, training and facilitation, and work-life balance. The Birkman method she uses is a tool that is an effective and efficient way to accelerate the movement towards self-awareness, self-management and personal development, which are the goals of most coaching assignments.

Roula has an M.B.A. from INSEAD (the European Institute of Business Administration, Fontainebleau, France) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from AUB (the American University of Beirut, Lebanon).

Roula is proficient in 5 languages and is a member of different professional and humanitarian bodies: the American Board of NLP, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Time Line Therapy Association, the World of Children - International Advisory Council and Vice-President of the ICF Chapter Lebanon. She also co-founded an NGO, Ibtissama Clown Doctors foundation in Lebanon, a non-profit organization that brings laughter and smiles to hospitalized children in Lebanon.

Born and raised in Lebanon, Roula has Lebanese & Canadian citizenship. She traveled and lived in Europe, Canada and the Middle East. Interested in cooking/gourmet food, languages and culture, theatre and the arts, travel.
