Yasemin Iris-Brown

Yasemin found her calling in supporting her clients to navigate change and accompanying them in their journey to growth. She is a Certified Professional Coach, following extensive training with the Institut de Coaching (IDC) in Geneva, Switzerland, which is ICF, EduQua and EMCC accredited. She also obtained her Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching credential from Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) in Systemic Team Coaching.
She uses her vast professional experience and previous qualifications (MBA in International Business) to personalise the support she offers.
She is a true citizen of the world, having lived in four countries, and speaks English, Turkish, French, and some German.
She has 18 years of finance, accounting, purchasing, sales, HR, and management background. She worked in three countries in both large multinationals and small privately-owned companies and sectors, including construction equipment, computer technology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, insurance, import/export, and retail.
Born into an entrepreneurial business family in Turkey, her first hands-on customer service experience goes back to when she was 11 years old in their family retail business.
Yasemin lived in Switzerland, the USA, France, and Turkey. Her life experience gives her a broad view of human behaviour and motivation and a great experience in navigating change. She can draw on this diverse background and strong business acumen to effectively coach her clients to achieve their own goals and objectives.
Her background allows her to understand the specific challenges lying in front of her clients and helps them build an authentic “voice”, finding their internal motivations to move forward with confidence, energy, and joy.
