Kristin DiBiase has been empowering students in higher education for over 15 years. While earning her J.D. with a concentration in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Valparaiso University, she led the law school student body as president of the Student Bar Association and vice president of the Black Law Students Association.
After passing the bar, Kristin worked in academics for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for more than a decade, analyzing student academic progress, developing learning strategies and educational programming, and advocating for students with ADHD and learning disabilities. Her love of working with students later led her to join the Office of Academic and Bar Success at Indiana University McKinney School of Law as the program’s Associate Director.
After synthesizing her expertise from those experiences, Kristin founded Your Law School Coach, an academic consulting service that combines learning science and ADHD coaching to strengthen law students' learning ability and develop skills that lead them to success in the legal classroom and on the bar exam. She also specializes in professional coaching for attorneys with ADHD.
Kristin is a professional member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Association of Academic Support Educators (AASE), Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), and Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD). Outside of her work with students, she is a classically trained singer, an avid moviegoer and a major Disney fan. She and her husband are the proud pet parents of a normal-size cat and a gigantic dog.
