Gaby Awad

Gaby has more than 25 years of in-depth experience in executive positions and transforming businesses. Currently he is the Franchise Owner of ActionCOACH in Lebanon and in this position he also coaches Business Owners, CEOs and other top level executives.

Before being a coach, Gaby spent with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) more than 12 years were he was the Director in charge of the consulting practice in Beirut. With PwC, he was leading a team of 15 consultants acting across the Middle East and delivering work around strategy, operational effectiveness, technology effectiveness, human capital and change, internal audit and risk management. 

Today and as a Coach, Gaby helps business owners, leaders, and teams grow and achieve their goals through alignment, re-education, coaching, and mentoring. His experience in strategic planning and coaching has helped leaders to grow from “working in the business” to “working ON the business” allowing them to focus more on their areas of growth.

As a family man, Gaby is a devoted father and tennis coach for his sons Ghadi and Jad. His motto in life is: “A man is loved not for how tall he stands, but for how often he bends to help, comfort, and teach.”
