My career journey began 30 years ago in the utilities (Power & Water), pharmaceutical, IT projects, and business environment after having worked in many countries in Asia, UK, and UAE.

I specialize in project management, contract claims, project controls, and performance management. Experienced with many Small Medium Enterprises, Multi-National Companies, and Government Linked Companies, in different strategic and key roles and in diverse cultural backgrounds of the people. These experiences have given me the opportunities to understand the people and the required tasks in better appreciation.

I am a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, certified NLP Practitioner, a certified Master Trainer, and also a Project Management Mentor.

I conduct personal coaching, mentoring, and training for individuals and organizations.
