As an organizational psychologist, executive coach, corporate trainer, brand strategist, international speaker, and author, I have been practicing for over 12 years. I specialize in corporate culture change and behavioral transformation with a special emphasis on the Use of Self, DEIBAJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, Accessibility and Justice), Corporate Self-Care, and Emotional Wellness. Through my coaching function, I help professionals build more confidence, credibility, and influence in their roles. My goal is to help my clients find their voice, so they can be their true and authentic selves at work.

I work with clients from a variety of industries who are on the fast track to taking their careers to the next level, but who need to develop critical leadership skills. Many of my clients come from high-growth companies; although I do have many corporate clients in the entertainment, retail, technology, transportation, fashion, beauty, consumer products, non-profit, and utility industries. In my previous life, I spend 18 years in corporate marketing, communications, and branding. I was executive director of global brands for the Fox Entertainment Group in Los Angeles, CA. I spent years working for some of the biggest entertainment and consumer brands in the world, including Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros. Studios.

I take a cognitive, experiential, and aspirational approach to understanding the essence and awareness of SELF. I help clients improve their critical leadership skills in the areas of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, communication, agility, and executive presence. My use of applied behavioral science, neuroscience, and metaphysical methodologies, among other tools, helps to solve corporate problems and help my clients reach their personal career objectives. My primary goal is to be a trusted way-shower, partner, and advocate for my clients so they can grow and advance to their next level of excellence.
