I am Peter Toth, a former HR Director with 15+ years experience at multinational companies operating in software development, automotive, electronics and wholesale sectors.

I was responsible from 150 people up to 8 000 employees.

As HR director I supported a lots of leaders of different management levels from executives down to teamleaders of a few people with their leadership problems. I also assessed more than 200 leaders in Assessment/Development Centers as assessor, and provided very handful feedback they used to change for the better.
