I am a former senior operations’ executive with 20+ years of experience in financial services working in brokerage and treasury operations. I have deep knowledge of organization models, business controls and talent management, coupled with a passion for leadership and for developing staff.
In 2012, I started Move Forward Coaching and Consulting as a woman owned business. This was a result of my strong passion for People Development which led to my career transition to Human Capital Management with an emphasis on Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Executive/Career Coaching with accreditation by International Coach Federation (ICF).
As a Certified Executive Coach, I internally coach High Potential Leaders and Senior Executives as they train through firm sponsored leadership development programs.
I also work with individuals at all levels to develop a roadmap of how to effectively utilize the critical strategies needed for a successful and rewarding career.
My Coaching Niche includes: First “90 Days” in new role/firm, Career Transition, Leadership Development, Diversity and Relationship Building.
As a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Professional, I advise clients on D&I standards put forth by SEC 342 of Dodd Frank and ensuring its alignment as firms work to develop a D&I strategic plan. I also assist with conducting current state assessments and developing D&I programs. I have also served as Interim Head of People and Talent Development which included responsibility for advancing Diversity and Inclusion efforts at Société Générale and built a Human Capital Management Practice at Gartland and Mellina Group which included a D&I offering.
In these roles, some of my accomplishments include:
• Advancing Diversity & Inclusion efforts by creating new employee resource groups aligned to business goals.
• Designing and rolling out an Inclusive leader training program.
• Integrating Diversity and Inclusion in organizational processes such as on campus recruiting and performance management.
• Advising Société Générale’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and serving on SIFMA’s Diversity Committee.
• Hosting several Industry Roundtables on Dodd Frank Sec 342 organized with notable presenters and panel discussions.
• Coaching High Potential Leaders and Senior Executives as they trained through firm sponsored leadership development programs.
