Miklos Fiath

My name is Miklós Fiáth. I am an ICF ACC certified business and team coach and I have been living in Qatar with my family since October 2023. My basic degree is International Relations Specialist, for which I later obtained an MBA at BME, which I enriched with a business coach diploma from Metropolitan University Budapest.

Before my coaching career, I worked for nearly 20 years in sales, marketing and engineering in multinational companies, of which 15 years of experience were in the automotive industry. For more than 10 years I managed teams in national and international environments.

My role is also to support women to be more successful in their careers, but as a father, I am also passionate about empowering manager fathers in their personal, role-related or classic business-related stumbling blocks. I'm very interested in what drives, functions and motivates people. To develop this, I became a Motivational Maps Consultant in March 2024, which I can use in coaching in the diagnosis phase or in the direction setting phase.

I have two main mottos that have defined my life so far and influence my coaching identity:
"Only change is permanent".
"It's not what happens to you that matters, it's how you react to it."
