Experience 

Cristian’s experience as a coach goes back to 2005 when he delivered his first business & life coaching programmes to a banking institution in Romania. 

Cristian coached business leaders, top managers and entrepreneurs in various industries (automotive, aviation security, consulting, consumer products, energy, fashion, financial services/banking, retail, service, technology - IT). His coaching addressed a large variety of situations, including personal development and managing emotional involvement, work & life balance, job adjustment in a foreign context & cultural integration, business development, strategic planning & implementation, and team coaching & systemic team coaching.

He delivers both online and face-to-face coaching sessions.
