Who is SORINA MANU?
I am a wife and a mom of 3. I am passionately curious about many subjects.
I started to work at 19 years old as a student.
In 2005, I became an entrepreneur. Since then, I have tried businesses in different areas. All from the space of making the world a better place.
It took me a while to discover my purpose. It happened while I was working with teens and young adults, trying to fill the gap I felt they experienced in school. I started by paying attention to my kids, their needs, and the willingness to offer them a better space to develop and flourish. It was a truly exquisite experience that changed my life forever. I felt butterflies in my stomach. It gave me meaning, and I felt like it was what I had searched for all my life. Everything changed, and work became a flow.
I value authenticity, integrity, empathy, and growth. I am in love with books, I collect writing instruments, and I love to travel.
I dream of a world full of people living their true purpose and building their lives accordingly.
My purpose is to empower people to uncover their gifts and build authentic, meaningful lives & businesses. I believe that we all have an internal guidance system that shows us the road to success. Life is more fulfilling when you live it from the inside out.
I have a degree in Business Administration. I am Certified as an Executive Coach, Authentic Leadership Coach, and Coach Supervisor.
I also obtained my Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach credential from Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).

We are all unique, but as we grow, we move away from our essence by trying to please others. We base our actions on their approval. We strongly want to be liked, accepted, or integrated. Sometimes we pay an exorbitant price. We follow rules that we don’t question simply because they are given to us. We believe it is a worthwhile sacrifice. If we continue in this manner, we will lose sight of who we are. It becomes more and more difficult to make proper choices. We are lacking motivation and a sense of purpose. We are dissatisfied and empty. We doubt our ability to see things clearly, and we are afraid of making mistakes. A lack of authenticity points to an insecure part of us seeking constant approval.

I was living to fulfill everyone’s expectations. Everyone, of course, except my own. Everything looked great on the outside, but inside I felt empty and drained. I was striving for a higher purpose in life.
And then, it happened. I got sick. For the first time in my life, I felt like I was losing control. I felt powerless and hopeless. It took me a while to realize that control is an illusion.You will gain a lot more in life if you are open to what comes your way. Looking back, it was the best thing that could have happened to me. It made me question everything I thought I knew. It compelled me to seek new answers and solutions. The expansion began almost immediately.
I’ve been on a journey of introspection, self-discovery, and acceptance for over 13 years. I’ve discovered that by living an authentic life, we can live a joyful and meaningful life. Throughout this process, I discovered that all of the answers I required were within myself, and that there was a voice guiding me at all times. We are all gifted with such a voice. We call this voice intuition. Intuition leads us to inner peace, removes resistance, and assists us in discovering and reclaiming our true selves. Listening to it changed me and my life forever. It opened my eyes to new possibilities and perspectives.
