Teodora Teculescu

Passionate about working with people and the power of leveraging self-awareness to make the best choices, my background in social work and social education is complemented by expertise in coaching and international education management.

With an educational background in social work and social education, I chose to become an educational consultant. This experience gave me a new perspective on my clients' needs. I realized that they were mostly looking for external reference points, while many answers were to be found through introspection. This is how I started my career as a coach three years ago.

With over 400 hours of coaching training, mentoring and supervision, now I partner with my clients in a journey towards fulfilling their potential - and love what I do! I support people find more self-confidence, motivation; express themselves authentically, create harmonious relationships, have a work-life balance, identify their career paths, transition in their career and improve work performance, time management and leadership.

I support causes that I believe will make our society better and I contribute to this through coaching, as individual transformation leads to a larger scale change. In addition to being a member and associate coach in the International Coaching Federation, I also am a volunteer in the International Coaching Federation Romania Chapter as Membership Associate Director. From this role, I support the coaching community by developing effective ways of connecting with and reaching out to members and spreading the word about coaching.
